Appointment requests
An online booking begins as a pending request. It is not a guarantee that work can start until the garage confirms the appointment. Online cancellation is restricted to eligible pending or confirmed appointments more than 24 hours away.
Inspection, quotations and approval
Service descriptions and estimated durations are guidance, not a diagnosis or fixed quotation. Prices are confirmed after suitable vehicle information or inspection. No additional work should proceed without the agreed customer-approval process.
Accounts and availability
The garage may restrict an account to protect customers, staff or the service. Reasonable steps are taken to keep the portal available, but maintenance and third-party outages may occasionally interrupt access.
Final business terms required
Payment terms, vehicle collection, storage charges, parts warranties, workmanship guarantees, abandoned vehicles, liability and dispute handling require garage-specific professional legal wording before launch.
